Tim Coogan is a senior from New London, New Hampshire. Tim attended the St. Paul's school where he was a three sport varsity athlete his junior and senior years. The cross-country team went undefeated in ISL and NEPSTA DI, and the crew team's 8+ took the bronze in NEIRA. Tim found more individual success in Alpine Skiing where he was an All-New England skier all four years and a NEPSAC Class A slalom champion in 2008. Tim's high school rowing prepared him to make an immediate impact, stroking the Varsity Eight in his freshman season. Tim returned as a sophomore as stroke of the Varsity Four at the Head of the Charles. His crews also took second at the Knecht Cup and defeated URI and UNH in duel races. After a fall abroad in Africa, Tim earned a spot in a competitive second varsity eight. Off the water, Tim represents the team as a member of the Club Sports Executive Board, managing all twenty-two club sports at Boston College. Tim is an economics major, minoring in history and environmental studies.
